Slowing Down in January: Setting Intentions and Finding Joy with Flowers

As we step into 2026, we’re setting goals and getting things done while remembering it’s okay if we don’t get to everything. We’re planning things to look forward to, keeping self care at the top of the list, setting our intentions, and then releasing them to the universe.

What the Rudy’s team is doing for self care this month

Lea & Marissa (our Gen Z’s)

“We’re busy setting goals, creating Pinterest vision boards, going to Lee’s Chicken and 7 Brew, being dirty soda connoisseurs, and living our best life.”

Brittany

(our Millennial)

“It’s a big planning season and I’m making space for the little things and scheduling things to look forward to. Weekly facials, favorite coffee shop dates, and an Avatar movie night.”

Mackenzie

(our Millennial)

“I’m making time for massages, weekly yoga, soaking in sunlight where I can, and creating vision boards for 2026.”

Have a wonderful start of 2026 and we can’t wait to continue serving our community with flowers as your St. Louis florist! Find us back at the flower trucks this spring at your local brunch spots and coffee shops. In the meantime, we offer flower deliveries Monday - Saturday and same-day shipping if you order before noon. We’re so grateful for how our community shows up for our small business and we strive to continue showing up for you too! With flowers, of course. :)

XoXo,

The Rudy’s Team
